First, Features and applications
PHB-5 pen type PH meter, meter can be seperated from electrode, connected with a standard BNC plug. This instrument is compact, electrode easy replace, instrument reading reliable.
Instruments used in laboratory, industrial and mining production site, such as agriculture, fishery and animal husbandry and environmental water quality monitoring, extremely versatile usage.

Third, the shape and button function operating of the instrument

Fourth, Operation
1.Open the back cover of the battery.
2.Connect the BNC socket on the electrode, and turn on the power (press the switch).
3.Wash the electrode with water and wipe to dry, place the electrode in the pH standard solution, first stir and then wait to the value display be steady, then a small screwdriver to adjust the positioning of the regulator, the display is 6.9PH (25 ℃). * If using a two-point calibration, you can use another calibration solution, and then calibrate the slope.
4. Wash the electrode with water and wipe to dry after the calibration is completed.
5. Place the electrode in the measuring solution, first stir and then wait to the value display be steady, it is the PH value of the measuring solution.
6. After the measurement, turn off the power switch, take out the electrode, put on protective cap.
Fifth. Notes
1.The instrument can work well in 1 to 2 weeks after calibrated in calibration solution, it depends on the type, function and use frequency of electrode.
2. The instrument should avoid high humidity environments and corrosive gases, should pay special attention to BNC plugs.
3.If the display value becomes blurred or not display, or the displayed error is large, you need to replace the battery.
4. When calibration solution use out, use the standard buffers to config: Fetch 250mL distilled or purified water with bottle, pour into a reagent cup to fully dissolved, and then pour into a glass or polyolefin bottles, seal the bottle, store in (5 -10 ℃) environment.
